Home Survey Level 2 Survey – Ideal for modern or conventional properties in reasonable condition. Provides a clear overview of the building’s current state, including advice on repairs or ongoing maintenance. An open market valuation and reinstatement cost assessment for building insurance purposes is also included.

Home Survey Level 3 Survey – A more detailed inspection recommended for older or extensively altered properties. Includes a more thorough analysis of the structure and materials used in the building and will highlight any necessary repairs and potential long-term maintenance concerns. There is no valuation or reinstatement cost as part of this report format. These can be added if required.
Party Wall Surveys
